Olivia Kingston is a senior at Beckman High School. Olivia has been interested in photography and the world of art since a very young age. However, her passions did not become clear until she was a sophomore. In the future, Olivia hopes to attend school for business and find a way to mix all of her passions into one (photography, painting, baking, guitar, etc...). Even if that means creating her own business. Although, she would be quite content as editor and chief of Vogue.
artist statement
Ever since I saw my dad taking photos with a flip phone and seeing how one moment can be captured with the click of a button, I was captivated in the world of photography. I love looking back and seeing who I was as a person, even if it was a day ago. I know I am constantly changing and I love that my artwork can display that. I know that I will never confine myself to one art form, nor will I confine myself to a genre. I love horror, but I also love romantics. My main goal is to create a final product that I am happy with, even if I was not the happiest in that moment.
